Liam is an informant to TCG 534, using various connections within the community to track rogue movements and help the group to narrow their hunt. Despite that he helps them, he seems to have a certain disdain for their position and job, as if assisting were a necessary evil and not his ideal choice. Help them he does, though, whatever his reasons.

He is a dry and quietly amused personality, seeming to think himself above the nastiness he involves himself with, choosing to do so for his own, private reasons. He plays fretless bass guitar and is extremely good at it, though he never plays for anyone but himself.
